We are seeking a skilled Taproot volunteer to assist with a short-term Giving Tuesday Outreach & Fundraising Micro-Project. This project involves developing a simple digital outreach strategy to promote our Giving Tuesday campaign on Zeffy, drafting persuasive messaging, and giving advice on how to share the campaign link in a consistent, strategic way.

Volunteers will assist by:
- Creating a basic outreach plan and timeline
- Drafting short, compelling social media posts, captions, and message templates
- Suggesting creative ways to boost engagement (mini challenges, reminders, messaging themes)
- Providing feedback on what messaging approaches work best

This is a 10–20 hour micro-project over 2–3 weeks and ideal for volunteers who enjoys digital communications, marketing, or mission-driven fundraising.
Through this project, volunteers will directly support our mission by helping us raise awareness and funds for survivors of human trafficking. The Giving Tuesday campaign helps us strengthen our prevention education, housing, trauma-informed support, and youth programs.

Every message shared and every donation inspired helps survivors access safety, counseling, and stability. This project will expand our reach into new communities and strengthen our ability to connect families, girls, and youth with essential resources and life-changing support.
Our team has prepared for this project by gathering all the materials needed for the campaign, including our Giving Tuesday story, our Zeffy donation page, background information on our mission, and draft messaging points. We have full internal buy-in and are ready to implement the volunteer’s work immediately.

We already have:
- Our fundraising goal established
- Our timeline prepared
- Internal survivor-centered language guidelines
- Images and materials organized
- A communication plan ready for review

We are prepared to collaborate closely, respond quickly, and provide the guidance and context needed for the volunteers to deliver successful, effective work.
