Review and tidy the chart of accounts in Aplos, reconcile transactions to produce balanced books, correct account mappings where needed, and deliver a reconciled general ledger plus a short set of recommendations for ongoing bookkeeping. Specifics and access details will be provided.
Accurate, reconciled books will allow Anioma Tri-State Association to track funds reliably, strengthen donor confidence, and ensure resources are directed to education support, women’s empowerment, and cultural gatherings. Volunteers’ work will directly support better services and stronger community connections.
Details about our current records, access to Aplos, bank statements, and a main point of contact will be provided during volunteer interviews. Our team will collaborate closely with the volunteer, review findings, and adopt the updated chart and reconciliation process into regular bookkeeping.

Organization Mission

Anioma Tri-State Association is more than an organization—it is a movement to unite Anioma families, preserve our heritage, and build thriving communities across the diaspora and back home. We believe that when we stand together, we create a ripple of hope that empowers every child, woman, and family to rise with dignity and purpose. Through education support, women’s empowerment, and vibrant cultural gatherings, we foster connections that strengthen our identity and open doors of opportunity. We are committed to shaping a future where Anioma communities flourish, led by shared values of service, unity, and hope. Every step we take is rooted in the belief that our heritage is not just something to preserve, but a powerful foundation on which we build pathways for progress.
