The Bach Choir of Pittsburgh, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation that performs choral works in southwestern Pennsylvania, requests assistance to become Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant. We primarily need assistance to pass our quarterly network vulnerability tests. Staff have technical expertise, but the process appears to be rather opaque.

Achieving PCI compliance will help protect patrons' payment card data for ticketing and donations, strengthen public trust, and reduce operational risk so the Bach Choir of Pittsburgh can focus on presenting unique and moving choral performances across the region. Volunteers will directly help safeguard audience and donor confidence.

Our team will collaborate with volunteers through regular meetings, provide available documentation and staff contacts, and commit to reviewing and implementing recommended steps. Details about current systems and access will be provided during the interview process.
