Help! I've been trying to do this myself but at this point would benefit from expert guidance. I need a volunteer to update recent QuickBooks records and reconcile bank transactions so that financial records are current and organized.

We are searching for a volunteer who has the ability to use QuickBooks Pro. We have a subscription so that you can work directly with a QuickBooks Pro as needed. Specific accounts, date ranges, and access details will be provided during interviews.
Accurate, up-to-date bookkeeping will help the Healthcare Navigation Project maintain financial transparency and operational stability so we can focus resources on empowering youth and underserved communities to navigate healthcare. Volunteers will directly strengthen our ability to deliver programs and steward donor funds.
We have signed up for QuickBooks Pro and can schedule expert appointments to support this work. The volunteer will collaborate with our team, ask questions, and agree on a weekly check-in schedule. Details about file access, statements, and the scope of recent transactions will be provided to set the work up for success.

Organization Mission

The Healthcare Navigation Project is an independent 501(c)(3) intentionally designed to disrupt our complex healthcare system with a health literacy and mental health life-skills program for ALL youth transitioning to adult care (HCT), and everyone else. This includes rare or chronic disease, underserved communities, or those with educational disabilities. We bridge the gap in healthcare by empowering all people to learn to actually use healthcare and self-advocate before they need it instead of after when it's too late. We empower people.
