Design and facilitate a SWOT analysis and lead initial strategic planning conversations with board and staff to translate six months of research into priority areas. Volunteer will guide sessions, document key discussion points, and draft a short summary of agreed next steps. Details will be provided.

This work will shape our plan to expand services into a neighboring county, helping the organization better serve and empower more girls. Volunteers will directly support efforts that inspire girls to be strong, smart, and bold and enable clearer program priorities and outreach strategies.

We have completed six months of research with consultants and are ready to begin planning in early February. We will provide research materials and commit board and staff time for sessions. Volunteers can rely on our team for logistics, context, and follow-up to implement outcomes.
