Create an operating budget aligned to the board's strategic plan that tells the organization's story, including revenue and expense categories, high-level assumptions, and a short financial narrative. Specific program priorities and supporting documents will be provided during volunteer interviews.

A clear, story-driven budget will help Missions for Love Beyond Borders allocate resources to provide equitable access to strength-based coaching methods and digital solutions to caregivers of individuals with disabilities. Volunteer support will strengthen program planning, board decision-making, and sustainable delivery of services.

The board is finalizing the strategic plan and will engage with volunteers to provide context. Volunteers will iterate on budget drafts with board and leadership, and timelines and materials will be defined together so the budget is ready for board review and implementation. Details will be provided.
