Partner with our team to audit Salesforce records, identify duplicates and misattributions, recommend and document naming conventions, and produce reusable report templates and a prioritized cleanup plan. Specific records, access, and scope will be defined with volunteers during interviews.

Cleaner donor data and clearer reporting will improve stewardship and fundraising efficiency, freeing staff to focus on delivering backcountry experiences. Volunteers' guidance will help us strengthen community connections and sustain programs that deepen appreciation for Maine’s landscapes.

Our team has identified disorganized CRM records and will work with volunteers to review examples, prioritize cleanup steps, and test naming conventions and reports. Details about access, timelines, and staff contacts will be provided during scoping so volunteers can proceed confidently.
