Co-create two pilot curricula (Loop Works and Loop Financial Literacy) including facilitator guides with lesson plans and exercises, a participant workbook or workshop slide deck, simple pre/post assessment tools, and a short recommendations report for partner curricula. Specific scope and audience details will be provided during interviews.
These curricula will help keep families connected, strengthen communities, and support successful re-entry by improving job readiness and financial capability for people impacted by incarceration. Volunteers’ work will enable scalable, consistent training that expands access to economic opportunity and reduces isolation.
Loop Roots has program concepts and a flexible 6–8 week timeline; specifics, participant profiles, and existing materials will be provided during volunteer interviews. Volunteers will iterate on drafts with staff feedback so materials are ready for both community and virtual delivery.

Organization Mission

Loop Foundation is dedicated to keeping families connected, strengthening communities, and supporting successful re-entry for individuals impacted by incarceration. We provide transportation assistance for families visiting loved ones in prison, deliver community-based support programs, and create pathways for returning citizens to rebuild their lives with dignity and opportunity. Through innovation, advocacy, and compassion, we work to break cycles of isolation and empower families to thrive.
