We are seeking an expert in Go High Level CRM automations to help build out our pipeline systems and workflow automations for our nonprofit film organization. Ideal volunteer will have strong technical experience with Go High Level and CRM process automation in small teams/nonprofits.

Key deliverables include:
- Designing/building CRM pipelines to track students, mentors, volunteer matches
- Setting up workflow automations:
• Assigning new student contacts to mentors/team
• Tracking mentor-student engagement and support history
• Automated team notifications on tasks/opportunities
• Streamline intake forms, automated follow-ups for students/volunteers
• Create access/permission rules for sensitive info
• Automate opportunity status/volunteer role updates
• Dashboards/reporting for mentor activity, progress, volunteer hours
- Providing recommendations for future automations to be implemented later

Special Requirements: Go High Level CRM expertise required. Nonprofit/automation experience is a plus.
These CRM automations will help us scale our ability to match students with mentors, provide personalized support, and track our impact in the nonprofit film education space. By streamlining workflows, we'll free up staff time to focus on program growth and student engagement rather than manual administrative tasks. Better tracking of mentor-student interactions will help us demonstrate impact to funders and improve outcomes for the youth we serve.
We do everything in Go High Level and have a small team familiar with CRM basics. We have an active list of contacts and have had past volunteer support from data/analytics volunteers. Our team is responsive, ready to test workflows, and committed to implementing improvements. We've prepared documentation of our current processes and have internal buy-in from leadership to make these system changes.

Organization Mission

Ineffable Films is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young filmmakers from international lineages to tell the human journey of awakening in a world different from them, yet one they cannot abandon. We explore narratives that expose and celebrate the cultures, ethnicities, and communities of worlds both real and imagined. Our mission is to support these teenagers, especially those from BIPOC backgrounds, in telling their unique human journeys through the powerful medium of film. We operate primarily in the Greater Boston area, including Somerville, Cambridge, and Brookline, with aspirations to expand our reach and impact.
