We are seeking a volunteer to help us develop a one-year events plan that outlines a quarterly calendar of smaller events. The plan will include suggested formats and audiences, goals for each event, high-level resource and staffing needs, and ideas for incorporating fundraising and outreach. Specific dates, budgets, and logistics will be defined with volunteers.

A clear events plan will increase our presence and create regular, safe community touchpoints where MENA and South Asian youth and young adults can access resources and feel supported. Volunteers will help us raise awareness, reduce stigma around mental health and addiction, and strengthen fundraising to expand services for the community.

We will collaborate with the volunteer via regular check-ins and share our mission, capacity constraints, and any existing notes. Additional details will be provided during the interview process. We intend to use the plan to pilot initial events and refine the approach with volunteer guidance.
