Grant Writing and Research for Rural Youth Healthcare

We are seeking a skilled Grant Writer to help secure funding for our healthcare programs supporting youth in rural Illinois. Our goal is to create a comprehensive 'Case for Support' (grant boilerplate) that our team can use to apply for multiple funding opportunities.

The volunteer will:
- Review our current program impact data and mission statements.
- Draft a compelling 3-5 page Case for Support that outlines our mission, the specific needs of rural Illinois youth, and our program's impact.
- Help identify 5-10 potential grant opportunities (prospect research) that align with our public health focus.

Success in this project will allow us to streamline our fundraising efforts and secure the resources needed to provide equitable healthcare services to underserved communities.

We will provide the volunteer with our previous years' impact reports, current program budgets, and a list of previously secured grants to provide context and data for the writing .Our Executive Director will be available for weekly check-ins to provide guidance.
