We'd like to partner with a skilled volunteer to help develop a strategic planning framework that outlines key priorities, success measures, and next steps for the next 3 years. The volunteer will guide us through clarifying our organizational goals and provide a concise roadmap or planning template that our team can continue to build on after the engagement.
A focused 3-year plan will sharpen our mission and priorities so we can expand relationship-focused, culturally attuned educational, mental health, and wellness supports from pregnancy through age eight. Volunteers’ strategic guidance will help increase program reach, improve outcomes for children and caregivers, and strengthen community partnerships.
We will engage leadership and program leads, gather existing plans and key program data, and assign an internal project coordinator to schedule meetings and collect feedback. Volunteers will be supported with stakeholder access and materials; exact timelines and resources can be agreed during scoping.
