We’re seeking a volunteer to help us evaluate website platforms and develop a transition plan that allows our team to manage the site internally at a sustainable cost. The volunteer will review our current site, understand our goals, and recommend platforms that align with our budget and technical capacity. The final deliverable will be a short report with platform options, pros/cons, and a roadmap for migration.
The Operation Xcel website will be the digital heartbeat of our mission—a welcoming and accessible hub that showcases student transformation, empowers families with resources, connects volunteers and partners to opportunities, and inspires investment in our work. Designed to reflect our values of inclusivity, innovation, involvement, and empowerment, the site will not only tell our story but invite all to join us in equipping youth academically, socially, emotionally, and physically, strengthening families, and transforming communities.
Our team has prepared for this project by reviewing the current website https://operationxcel.org and documenting potential changes.
