Annual Fundraising Plan

We are seeking a volunteer to develop a clear, actionable Annual Fundraising Plan document with goals, timelines, and recommended activities for the year ahead.

Project tasks include:

-Reviewing our current fundraising activities (small-scale donations, occasional events)
-Setting realistic fundraising goals and targets by funding source (individual donors, grants, corporate sponsors, crowdfunding)
-Mapping out a month-by-month fundraising calendar with suggested tactics (campaigns, appeals, events)
-Guiding the team in effective grant writing.
-Identifying any gaps or opportunities to improve our donor pipeline

This project will help us to serve more underserved youth and families by increasing access to hygiene items, tech devices, baby care items, school supplies, clothing essentials, and scholarships for out-of-school programs and sports.

Deliverables will also support increasing annual revenue, securing unrestricted funds, establishing recurring revenue streams, improving donor engagement, and creating a comprehensive annual fundraising calendar with clear goals, timelines, and assigned responsibilities.
