Develop a Corporate Giving Strategy

We are seeking a skilled volunteer to help us design a comprehensive corporate giving strategy that aligns with our mission and engages values-driven businesses in meaningful partnerships.

With this project, our goal is to build a strategic framework that allows us to:
-Identify and prioritize local and regional corporate partners whose values align with climate, clean energy, and sustainability goals.
-Develop a menu of partnership opportunities (e.g., sponsorships, employee giving campaigns, matching gift programs, event support, in-kind contributions).
-Refine tailored outreach materials and a compelling pitch deck for prospective partners.
-Draft a corporate engagement pipeline and calendar that integrates with our fundraising and programming schedules.
This strategy will serve as the foundation for long-term corporate relationships and revenue generation—essential for scaling our community impact.
-Secure resources to expand our programs in underserved and high-impact communities.
-Build long-term, mission-aligned relationships with companies that care about sustainability and local impact.
-Mobilize additional ambassadors, employee volunteers, and matching gift programs to boost visibility and engagement.
- Create profiles of 20-30 prospective donor foundations and corporations, as candidates to contribute to a capital campaign

This project will allow us to serve more underserved youth and families with donations (hygiene items, tech devices, baby care items, school supplies, clothing essentials, and scholarships for out-of-school programs and sports.

Increased overall corporate giving revenue by 15–30% year over year. Established long-term partnerships with corporations aligned with the nonprofit’s mission. Develop a tailored corporate sponsorship packages that provide value for both the nonprofit and the business partner. Increased employee engagement opportunities (volunteering, matching gifts, workplace campaigns) through corporate partners. Increased unrestricted funds to support core programs and services. Expanded resources (cash and in-kind) to reach more beneficiaries.
