Zapier Platform Support

We are looking for a volunteer with experience managing a Zapier account to resolve several immediate account issues.

Emotions Matter is a 501c3 non-profit organization that supports people impacted by borderline personality disorder (www.emotionsmatterbpd.org) by providing peer support groups and education programs. Our volunteer/staff person that managed our Zapier account, which connects our various platforms, left the company. Some of our Zaps are down and though I have contacted tech support a few times to fix them, we need someone with a high level of IT knowledge to troubleshoot the situation. This project is time-limited and should take a volunteer only a few hours to fix for us.

We are only as good as our data and because 100% of our programs and services are delivered online, we depend on our systems working to track program data. The accuracy of our data helps us with grant proposals and deliverables to our donors and sponsors at the end of the year. It also helps us with research papers to demonstrate the effectiveness of our mental health services and programs which support recovery.

We already have a Zapier account and multiple zaps that are set up and working. We will provide the volunteer with an orientation to our Zapier integrations and Google Sheets that we need to connect to our CRM. We will provide them with access to the back end of our platforms to help resolve the issue if needed. Zapier is critical to our programs and services because we serve several hundred people a month. Because the Zaps are down, we are now almost two months behind on data entry. So helping us to fix this, will also help the people we serve get our communications and help our operations.
