We'd like some coaching for our executive director. As we look toward growth, this volunteer will provide coaching and strategic guidance for our leader to learn about organizational development and nonprofit operations. There should be a specific focus on building scalable operational systems and programmatic growth.

You can be a part of our evolving nonprofit's mission to be the change that the world needs for the future! Helping our organization develop as a nonprofit will help sustain our mission into the future.

We have prepared for this project through discussion and brainstorming on the board of directors and have agreed to prioritize finding coaching for the executive director to help make a plan for organizational development.
