The Recruitment and Volunteer Talent Consultant will assist us with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding staff volunteers for various roles in our organization over three months. Ideally, we would want this person to develop a recruitment and talent P&Ps to help us be more efficient and consistent in our hiring practices. We want to carry forward your best practices after the close of this engagement.

This volunteer will donate 2-5 hours per week during this 12-week partnership.

Through working with this organization on the project, the volunteer will help us with our mission by allowing us to staff and onboard the best, most passionate, and reliable volunteers. This will help us move our organization forward.

We are open and ready to learn from the expertise of the Taproot Volunteer.
