Developing a Single Source of Truth: From Spreadsheets to Salesforce

We are searching for a volunteer who can help connect disparate data sources within Salesforce.

We currently run on several disconnected systems—Constant Contact (email marketing), RingCentral (telephony), plus spreadsheets and other point tools. We want a Taproot volunteer to help us design, stand up, and begin adopting Salesforce as our single source of truth. The engagement should be tightly scoped to what’s realistic within the Taproot time window.

Our team is fully on board with moving to Salesforce and has already done the groundwork to make this project smooth and successful: From the President to the Executive Director and staff, we have the buy-in and are excited to get this going.

Data Ready: We’ve gathered exports from Constant Contact, RingCentral, and other tools, plus mapped out our main workflows.

Proven Follow-Through: We’ve completed smaller tech projects before and know how to stay organized and responsive.

Commitment to Use: We plan to roll out Salesforce immediately for contact management, programs, and reporting once it’s set up.

Clear Communication: Weekly check-ins and fast feedback are part of our plan to make sure the volunteer’s time is well spent.
