We're looking for a reliable volunteer to help manage and organize our growing collection of documents from incarcerated individuals. This behind-the-scenes project is essential for keeping our work accessible, searchable, and secure.

What You’ll Do:
Work with PDF files (splitting, renaming, sorting)
Create and manage subfolders in Google Drive
Organize documents by person, date, or topic
Help maintain a clean, logical digital filing system

What You’ll Need:

Experience working with PDFs (e.g., splitting/merging using tools like Adobe or free alternatives)
Comfort navigating Google Drive
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
Respect for the confidentiality and importance of the content
Remote. Flexible schedule. Ideal for someone who’s methodical and likes bringing order to chaos.

Our mission is to bring these voices out from behind bars and into the public conversation.

But we can’t do that alone.

Whether you’re organizing digital files, entering data, or building better systems, your work is foundational. You're not just volunteering—you’re helping build a bridge between people on the inside and the world beyond the walls. Each file you organize, each name you enter, each system you improve brings us one step closer to a future where no voice is left unheard.

We will give you access to the main folders and go over the protocol.
