HR Handbook Review And Scenario Development

We have a handbook draft that is great and just need it reviewed and would like to create real life scenarios for staff to be able to navigate it. We need to update our PTO policies and other policies to fall under the most progressive in the US so that we cover all state requirements for remote employees. I'm hoping the volunteer can take over this project and manage/complete the tasks.

This will support our internal infrastructure so we can focus on our mission and our staff feel dedicated and supported in the organization.

We have internal buy in and just need someone to develop/work on the tasks. We don't have the capacity at the moment. I have experience so can be supportive and will understand the project but my time is limited at the moment on finance work.
