Revenue Strategy Development

The Cultural Equity Incubator (CEI), a program of Arts Connect International (ACI), is a shared action workspace and collective for small to mid-sized arts organizations in Boston. Operating through a lateral leadership structure, CEI core partners collaborate to disrupt, experiment, incubate, program, advocate, model, and educate around collective liberation, action, and leadership.

We are currently facing a pivot point as our grant contracts end in December 2025. We are looking to build sustainable revenue streams though space rentals and a consulting arm, and would like assistance brainstorming a business plan and other potential streams.

This volunteer opportunity will support our mission by allowing us to be more sustainable. Due to its unconventional nature, this work is challenging to appeal to funders who may be interested in more direct service work. Having a business plan and more diversified streams of revenue will allow us to grow sustainably.

My team is ready to implement our business plan once it is completed. We hope to have a business plan articulated in the next few months to be able to present to potential partners as soon as possible.
