We are seeking a web designer to assist in creating a robust structure and design options for our nonprofit website hosted on Wix. The volunteer will collaborate with us to assess our goals, incorporate our needs, and consider our key audiences. The primary deliverable is a draft of architecture and design concepts that will guide our web developer or internal team in building the new site.

The website aims to be interactive and user-friendly for partners, sponsors, volunteers, parents, and shoppers alike. Inspired by websites such as PBS Kids and HeyATL, it will feature:

A comprehensive Home page providing an overview of our nonprofit's offerings.

Dedicated sections for our sewing programs, including children's, adult, and senior programs.

Booking options for group sessions, private lessons, and sewing parties.

About Us section, classroom project gallery, rules and FAQs for signing up for classes, testimonials, subscription service, and a classroom shop with an Amazon storefront.

Sections for adult and senior classes through our partnership program, with tabs linking to detailed partnership information.

Nonprofit information with a 501(c)(3) overview, quick links for donating, volunteering, becoming a partner, and testimonials.

Contact Us tab with a form and dropdown options for inquiries.

Key goals for the website include ease of use, interactive tabs, quick navigation links, comprehensive information to reduce inquiries, and automation for forms, booking, email responses, and marketing support.

We've already laid the groundwork by initiating the website ourselves, which is live but in need of enhancement. We have already thought about and are prepared to brief you about our current website platform, budget restrictions for the build, our branding collaterals and norms, and information about our stakeholder groups and target audiences.
