Are we using the right tools for our membership needs?

Hubspot (free version) with MemberCenter plug-in: Help us make the most out of our CRM! We’re looking for a volunteer to assess our current CRM system and identify ways we can use it to meet our needs more effectively, including potential integrations with other tools we’re using.

We would love to expand the reach of our programming, appealing to new members while staying in touch with our longtime supporters. We would also love to grow our membership, which would in turn allow us to support more artists and organizations.

We’ll come prepared with details about the specific types of data we want to collect, our goals for using the CRM, and a list of any other tools or software we use. We also have a list of problems we've run into, and are hoping to find out if we can fix the problems or if they are inherent in the tools we are using
