We're seeking a volunteer with experience in marketing to create a comprehensive marketing strategy for the launch and ongoing promotion of the MetaDad Virtual Mentorship Program.

Specific tasks include developing a launch plan, refining messaging for target audiences (young fathers, community leaders, mentors), identifying effective marketing channels (social media, email, partnerships), and creating a timeline for rollout.

The volunteer will help structure a marketing framework that ensures we build strong momentum at launch and maintain engagement through the 8-week mentorship cycle and beyond.
The MetaDad Virtual Mentorship Program is designed to equip young fathers with leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and community-building principles through structured mentorship.

A strong marketing strategy will allow us to recruit mentees and mentors, spread awareness, and amplify our impact in communities where positive fatherhood is needed most. Volunteers supporting this project will directly contribute to strengthening families, building generational legacies, and inspiring new leaders. Their work will help change lives, one father at a time.
My team and I have prepared for this project by compiling key program details, defining our target audience segments, creating initial brand assets (logos, program overview decks), and outlining rough goals for reach and engagement.

We are ready to collaborate with a volunteer by providing program materials, scheduling regular check-in meetings, and offering a clear point of contact for any questions. We’re committed to working side-by-side with the volunteer to refine, finalize, and execute the strategy.
