Our goal is to implement Dynamics Business Central as part of a systems transformation we are implementing across our school management, accounting, CRM, and HR systems.

We have scoped a range of systems and Dynamics BC fits our needs excellently and will help us scale ~10x up to 10,000 refugee students over the next 5 years. Implementation costs are prohibitive, however. If a Dynamics Partner is willing to support us pro bono, we would benefit from BC as we scale.

We would love your support.
Alsama Project runs secondary education centres for refugee teenagers. We provide 6 years of accelerated education that takes young refugees from illiteracy to University-ready in just 6 years.

We currently operate 4 education centres in refugee camps in Beirut and 1 in Damascus, Syria, together educating ~1,000 students. We are moving into a scale-up phase both through our own growth and through franchising our education model to partner NGOs.

We plan to grow to 40+ education centres serving 10,000 students over the next 5 years.

We won't be able to scale with QuickBooks and Excel. We will with Dynamics. You could help us get there.
Alsama has prepared thoroughly for this project. We have a systems consultant and systems architect supporting us pro bono to prepare for this implementation.

We have clear workflows and goals with all of our business processes mapped using BPMN. We have run multiple demos alongside our Finance and HR teams and selected Dynamics together. The only thing we are missing is a partner to do the implementation with us.

Organization Mission

Alsama runs education centres, sports hubs, and social enterprises for Syrian refugees in Lebanon. Typically, refugee children are left behind by the educational system. They miss years of schooling, and there’s simply no way for them to “catch up”.
Our cutting edge curriculum condenses the traditional 12-year education into just 6 years. Allowing our students to stay on track with the trajectory every teenager deserves: one towards their personal goals, dreams and aspirations. It’s not just about education. It’s about instilling our students with a sense of purpose and self-worth as they work towards realising their aspirations.
