Speed up Processes and Improve Data Clarity with Salesforce Improvements

Help us make the most out of Salesforce! We’re looking for a volunteer to review our CRM to bookkeeping data flow and identify automations and other CRM tools within our process to improve data integrity. The volunteer will review the recommendations with our executive director/Salesforce administrator for alignment with other processes and then implement the recommended changes so we can be more effective in our use of the system Once the volunteer implements the recommended changes, we’d like a brief training session and/or documented guidelines to follow so that we can document and maintain the improvements to our Salesforce CRM.

Right now we are spending too much time correcting bad data or manually adding data before the information is ready to go in our bookkeeping system. This time could better be spent directly supporting our members, creating new courses, and providing resources on wildlife care. Plus our current manual processes is slow, delaying visibility into how we are doing and where we can improve.

We have a Salesforce license seat available for the project. We have documentation on our current processes and a list of pain points. We’ll come prepared with details about the specific types of data we are collecting and the results we need to fullfil our objectives. We also have ideas of automations (especially Salesforce Flows) and additional fields that are a possible path to our objective, but recognize there are multiple ways to get to the same objective and would love an expert to collaborate with us in finding a strong solution.
