Expansion Research Project

We are looking to assess the potential for expanding our services to neighboring counties in Northern Virginia. Your insights could help shape the future of Arlington Thrive and bring meaningful change to even more communities.

Tasks:
- Conduct a thorough evaluation of service needs in nearby counties
- analyze opportunities, challenges, and potential benefits of expansion
- collaborate with our team to compile findings into actionable recommendations

Our mission is to provide integrated support to our neighbors in need so they can develop the capacity to be stable, secure, and thrive in their community. From Early Childhood to navigating county and local nonprofit resources, we help the entire person/household to succeed. Our services provide a holistic approach to thrive.

Expansion has been a goal of ours for the past two years. Now that we have a dedicated program team and to move forward with, we are ready to take action steps and determine validity of this project.

Due to the recent political climate changes, we are in dire need to expan our reach and gain more donors.

We have prepared a cache of resources detailing our current programs and have already identified the need the new program will address, along with the target beneficiaries the program will reach.
