Training Design for a Business Focused Suicide Prevention Training

My goal for this project is to redesign a suicide prevention workshop currently geared for community members to a shorter suicide prevention workshop geared for businesses. Ideally the training would become part of their onboarding of new staff members.

This project directly supports our mission, which is to build healthy communities through education. We focus on community health, emphasizing mental wellness, substance misuse, and suicide prevention.

We have a workshop/training already designed for community members. Now we would like to tailor it to businesses. The project has two purposes: first, of course, is to share knowledge about suicide and to provide resources to participants; and our second purpose is to help our organization diversify its revenue by creating a training that businesses would be willing to pay us for our knowledge.
