Strategic Plan Review

We are developing a three-to-five-year strategic plan and seeking guidance to ensure it becomes a dynamic, action-driven, and deeply integrated organizational framework. Our goal is to create a plan that fosters accountability and drives real impact. We are looking for tools and hands-on project support to set us up for success.

This strategic plan will be the driving force behind our organization's future, ensuring that every initiative we undertake is aligned with our mission to empower women, youth, and farmers in Uganda through entrepreneurship, food security, and education. By creating a clear roadmap, we will be able to scale our impact, allocate resources effectively, and build sustainable programs that create lasting change.

We are over a year into the process and have an established strategic planning committee. After multiple discussions with the board, we feel confident that with your support, we will have a solid plan in place within the next few months.
