Video Reels & Ad Design for Youth Gala Fundraiser

We’re seeking a skilled volunteer to help us create 3–5 engaging video reels (15–60 seconds each) and a set of digital ad designs to promote ticket sales for our upcoming 10-Year Anniversary Gala: A Decade of Impact Celebration. This includes editing existing footage and photos, creating compelling visual storytelling, and designing graphics for social media and email. These assets will be used to drive awareness, excitement, and ticket purchases leading up to the May 29, 2025 event. The ideal volunteer will have experience in video editing, motion graphics, and social media marketing. We will provide raw footage, images, branding guidelines, and messaging.

This project will play a key role in helping us reach our fundraising and awareness goals for our 10-Year Celebration, which supports our mission to empower youth through leadership, service, and enrichment programs. The video reels and ad designs created by the volunteer will be used to inspire our community to attend the event, celebrate our impact, and contribute to our $30,000 fundraising goal. These funds will allow us to grow our programs, expand staff capacity, and continue providing opportunities for South Suburban youth. The volunteer’s creativity will directly support a milestone moment in our organization’s history and help us build momentum for the next decade of impact.

We’ve gathered photo and video content, identified key themes to highlight in the campaign, and have examples of previous content to share for inspiration. Our team is ready to provide timely feedback and ensure the volunteer has everything they need to succeed. Once completed, the reels and ad designs will be implemented immediately across our social media, email newsletters, and website to drive ticket sales and raise awareness for our 10-Year Celebration.
