Salesforce: We're seeking a skilled Salesforce volunteer to enhance our existing system for No Limit Counseling and Education. After using Salesforce since last summer, we need specific improvements to better track client interactions and program effectiveness.
We need assistance with:
Creating dashboards to track session numbers (EAP sessions), consultation scheduling rates, and client conversion from inquiry to active status
Integrating phone.com with Salesforce so calls automatically create tasks with associated accounts
Enabling Program Management Module (PMM) for better participant tracking
Creating a separate tab for community partners/referral sources
Adding an Onboarding Checklist feature to contacts section
Guidance on purchasing additional licenses
These enhancements will improve our ability to monitor client engagement, measure program effectiveness, and strengthen community partnerships. We estimate this work could be completed within 4-6 weeks at 2-5 hours per week, with our team available to provide system access, clarify requirements, and test functionality throughout the process.
This Salesforce project directly supports No Limit Counseling's mental health mission by helping us track client journeys and program effectiveness. With improved dashboards and features, we'll identify where clients may be falling through cracks in our system and better measure which outreach efforts successfully connect people to care.
A volunteer's expertise will enable us to make data-driven decisions that directly improve mental health access in our community. Their contribution will help ensure vulnerable populations receive timely support during moments of crisis, potentially impacting hundreds of lives by removing barriers to essential mental healthcare services.
To ensure project success, we've prepared thoroughly for these Salesforce enhancements. Our team has been using the system daily since last summer, and we've gathered specific input from all staff users to identify and prioritize these improvements.
We've designated a responsive point person who understands our current setup and will be available for regular meetings, providing system access, answering questions, and testing functionality. We've already documented our current configuration with screenshots and workflow examples to help the volunteer quickly understand our needs.
Our leadership fully supports this project, with time allocated for staff training on new features. We have a clear implementation plan to incorporate each enhancement and will collect feedback to ensure successful adoption. These improvements will directly enhance our ability to serve clients by providing better data for decision-making and program evaluation at our mental health practice.
