Position Description Review
We need a volunteer who can virtually conduct a comprehensive review of 7 draft position descriptions and make recommendations on necessary improvements.
Our nonprofit needs your help to build organizational resiliency by investing in our people. During this project, a volunteer will assess where our organization stands internally, brainstorm how to improve our position plans to help the further the direction and build the culture.
Through working with our organization on this project, our volunteer partner will support our mission by helping us to hire positions that will build our capacity for our programs.
This project will involve the exchange of sensitive internal information. We have gathered the draft position descriptions and have an HR handbook that we can provide as well. The recommendations shared by our volunteer partner will be incorporated into our operations and people strategy in the coming months.
