Salesforce Optimization

Help us make the most out of our Salesforce! We’re looking for a volunteer to assess our current Salesforce setup and identify ways we can use it to meet our needs more effectively, including potential integrations with other tools we’re using such as 8x8 and Form Assembly. Once the volunteer implements the recommended changes, we’d like a brief training session and/or documented guidelines to follow so that we can maintain the CRM going forward.

The volunteer will support our mission by helping us make the most of a small staff with a national footprint! These efforts will also allow us to expand our team and work more efficiently with volunteers.

We have 80% of the architecture we need and have credentials to provide access to a volunteer. We’ll come prepared with details about the specific types of data we want to collect, our goals for using the CRM, and a list of any other tools or software we use.
