Google Ads Optimization
COHAP Outreach Corporation’s mission is to empower marginalized communities, including veterans, formerly incarcerated individuals, domestic violence victims, aged-out foster care young adults, and other underserved populations. To maximize our impact, we need to increase awareness of our programs, drive donor engagement, and inspire volunteers to join us in creating second chances and brighter futures.
While we currently utilize the Google Ad Grants program, we have not yet achieved the level of performance and engagement we know is possible. With the support of a skilled Google Ads volunteer, we aim to:
1) Enhance Awareness: Ensure that more individuals in need of our services can find and access our programs.
2) Boost Engagement: Increase website visits, program sign-ups, volunteer applications, and donations.
3) Optimize Resources: Maximize the impact of our Google Ad Grants budget by refining our strategy, targeting, and ad content.
We have taken several proactive steps to ensure a productive and successful collaboration with a volunteer:
-Internal Support: Our leadership and marketing teams are fully committed to this project. We have dedicated team members ready to assist with implementation.
-Data Collection: We have gathered detailed reports on current Google Ads performance, including data on impressions, click-through rates, and conversions.
-Audience Research: We’ve developed comprehensive profiles of our target audiences, including veterans, re-entry programs for formerly incarcerated individuals, domestic violence survivors, and aged-out foster care young adults.
-Resource Readiness: All necessary materials, including current ad copy, landing pages, and performance analytics, have been prepared for review and optimization.
-Experience with Pro Bono Collaborations: We have a strong track record of working with pro bono professionals in areas such as web design, fundraising strategy, and content creation. These partnerships have yielded successful, long-term outcomes, and we are confident in our ability to collaborate effectively with a Google Ads volunteer.
Implementation of Project Outcomes: Upon completion of the project, our internal marketing and communications teams will take full responsibility for managing and sustaining the optimized campaigns. We have designated team members who will monitor performance, adjust targeting as needed, and apply the volunteer’s recommendations to future campaigns.
The optimized Google Ads strategy will help COHAP Outreach Corporation increase its reach and engagement, ultimately allowing us to support more individuals in need. Whether it’s connecting a domestic violence survivor with safe housing, helping an aged-out foster care young adult find stability, or empowering a veteran to reintegrate into society, this project will directly contribute to life-changing outcomes.
Google Ads plays a crucial role in reaching key audiences who may not be aware of the support we offer. By improving our ad campaigns, we can directly support our mission in several ways:
-Connecting with Those in Need: Increased visibility ensures that more domestic violence victims, aged-out foster care young adults, veterans, and formerly incarcerated individuals can find us during critical moments in their lives.
-Strengthening Partnerships: Well-targeted ads can engage potential community partners and donors who can amplify our work through funding and collaboration.
-Sustaining Our Growth: Improved ad performance will lead to increased donations and volunteer involvement, ensuring we have the resources to expand and sustain our programs over time.
