Chronic Pain Project

Our goal for this project is to create a short video and post it to YouTube from pre-recorded interviews with our artists. We have approximately 25 interviews and would like to pull 1-3 minutes of content from each interview. These videos will be accessed by QR codes that accompany the art by each artist in an exhibit this summer.

These videos will be posted on YouTube for people to find any time and they will accompany the art in an upcoming show. Hearing from other people with chronic pain helps others feel less alone. Sharing their stories helps the artists feel heard and seen when living with otherwise invisible conditions.

All the video is ready to cut and we will pull quotes to help make the most of your time.

Bring visibility to the invisible experience of chronic pain. In order to bring visibility to the experience of chronic pain, the project hosts exhibits wherein people can have a first-hand view of these interviews and creations. Visitors are able to view the art that was created and watch interview clips of the artists sharing their experiences.
