We’re looking for a volunteer to understand the specific needs we have for maintaining client data, organizing volunteers, and separating out resources from donors. Once the volunteer implements the recommended changes, we’d also like a brief training session and/or documented guidelines to follow so that we can maintain Salesforce going forward.

We have been using Salesforce successfully for several years and are ready to share credentials with a volunteer. We’ll come prepared with details about the specific types of data we want to organize and collect, our goals for using the CRM, and a list of any other tools or software we use.
