Employee Handbook Update

We need our current handbook updated that includes fiscal and operational policies as well.

We need an operational foundation that keeps us honest - ultimately ensuring longevity for YNY. Currently, the organization is in need of a lot of support but the bones, foundation, and mission are secure! The right volunteer can help us solidify our operational culture in this new era.

We will provide the current handook and opportunity to discuss with the ED her goals and the policies we would like to include.
