CRM Development

My goal for this project is to learn about different schedule/attendance/billing management systems and create something that will work for my organization. Our nonprofit offers horseback riding lessons to children and adults, and we are maxed out with our ability to keep up with attendance tracking and timely billing. We offer up to 65 lessons per week, and students pay for their lessons in packages of 4. I would like to implement a billing system that can track attendance and automatically bill students after every 4th lesson is completed. I have researched several potential programs, but I am yet to find an existing program that meets our needs.

A successful outcome of this project would save our staff several hours per week of administrative work, allowing us to spend valuable time growing our community and teaching our students. A new system would also reduce human error, thus building our students' confidence in our operating systems. It would be a life-changer for us!

My team and I have identified the biggest issues we face with our current system, and we have identified different solutions we've found in different programs. We can talk through exactly what we need a program to look like.
