We are seeking a skilled volunteer to assist with submitting 2-3 grant letters and proposals to foundations this month. This includes tailoring our existing boilerplate materials, letters of inquiry and interest, and full proposals to match the requirements of each grant, as well as reviewing and refining accompanying budgets. This commitment involves 2-4 hours per week over 2-3 weeks, including time for revisions.

A compelling, tailored set of grant submissions to secure funding for Yes Miss Inc. These grants will enable us to further our mission of empowering underserved young women by connecting them with opportunities, professional mentorship, and skills development critical for their success.

Through working with our organization on this project, the volunteer will directly support our mission by helping us secure critical funding that sustains our programs. These funds will allow us to expand our reach, deepen our impact, and provide more young women with the tools and opportunities they need to thrive in education and the workforce. By contributing their expertise, the volunteer will play a pivotal role in dismantling systemic inequity and empowering the next generation of leaders.

My team and I have prepared for this project by organizing all necessary materials, including:

Comprehensive boilerplate grant language and templates.
A collection of letters of inquiry and interest.
A fully developed grant proposal.
Detailed budgets aligned with our organizational goals and project needs.
We have also identified the specific grants of interest, reviewed their guidelines, and outlined how our programs align with their priorities. Additionally, we will ensure open communication and timely feedback to keep the project on track.
