We’re seeking someone who can share their Asana expertise with a new team member in Zambia, helping to empower them with essential skills. If you have a passion for mentoring, coaching, and teaching, we want you to join our mission. Your commitment to supporting others could make a world of difference!

We are specifically seeking somebody who is used to virtual meetings and can meet with this team member every week or every other week via WhatsApp, Google Meet, or Zoom. We need a patient volunteer who can deal with poor network connectivity.

Your role will be instrumental in guiding new team members to effectively harness Asana, transforming our strategies into actionable tasks that lead to lasting change. Together, we can fuel growth in our nonprofit’s mission to promote renewable energy, minimize food loss, and enhance food security in our communities.

As our volunteer coach, you’ll have direct access to our Asana project management system. The team members have used Asana and watched some of the Asana Academy videos. They are aware of the basics of Asana. However, they could use tailored mentorship in task management, specifically taking a large task and breaking it down into smaller parts, assigning deadlines, etc.

The Harvest Fund's vision is to be an enterprise that builds the agricultural economy while eradicating poverty and promoting environmental sustainability. Our mission is to improve the livelihoods of Zambian female farming cooperatives. In Zambia and similar countries, women are the backbone of agriculture yet toil away with their bare hands and feet and basic tools. The Harvest Fund creates a profitable half-hectare vegetable plot for each of its 10+ cooperatives that is watered year-round with a solar-powered irrigation system. We provide seed, fertilizer, and regenerative agriculture training to make these women farmers more productive and permanently escape poverty.
