Board Retreat Facilitation
We are looking for an experienced board retreat facilitator to help us in three areas: 1) help us bond as a board (team), 2) understand our responsibilities as a working board (board governance), and 3) help us build out our strategic plan for 2025. This person would need to be based in Los Angeles and work with us in person for one day on Saturday, February 15, 2025.
Through working with our early-stage organization, the volunteer will help support our mission by giving us a roadmap to set up our organizational structure so that we can deliver the projects and programs to the communities we serve in 2025.
We will have an agenda with an outline of the goals and objectives we want to achieve.
