Marketing Strategy Development

We are a youth development nonprofit based in East LA and would like support in developing a marketing strategy to increase our reach to donors and volunteers. Also, we currently have $10k/month in Google Ads spending through our nonprofit account but haven't utilized it due to limited time in investing in the product.

We are a volunteer-driven organization and rely heavily on the volunteer mentors to dedicate their time in mentoring underserved youth in East LA. A successful marketing strategy would enable us to reach more corporate offices, business associations, and other professional entities for volunteer recruitment.

To prepare for the project, we can provide you with details about our target audiences and our organization's goals, and how we measure success. We will provide access to the back end of our website and Google Analytics. We also have a dedicated member of our team who will be responsible for supporting you throughout the project.
