QuickBooks Customization and Optimization

We are seeking a finance or accounting professional with QuickBooks experience to help us customize and organize or QuickBooks.

Home Roots Foundation is a grassroots nonprofit organization which helps pay student tuition and run economic programs for women in Haiti. The volunteer will help customize our QuickBooks to help track grant funds by funder and/or project within the general ledger of the accounting system to ensure separate accounting for grant funds.

Since over 80% of schools in Haiti require tuition, uniforms, and supplies, and most students struggle to pay, our mission is to remove money as a barrier for students to receive a quality education. We support schools financially by providing materials and helping to pay tuition. Due to demand and need, we started a small women’s economic program to further help the parents.

We have QuickBooks online but need help to customize it to our two main interrelated programs. This should be simple for someone who knows QuickBooks some. You will be assisted as needed. Let’s start by having a conversation.
