We're looking for a volunteer to create a professional-looking, digital and print format brochure and marketing collateral for a community exhibit at the public library. The engagement will occur over four to five weeks. We will meet with the volunteer to review key messaging and content, discuss look and feel. Then we will meet once a first draft is complete for a round of feedback, there will likely be 2 feedback/revision sessions prior to final deliverable. Ideally, the collateral is created using our Canva account, so it can be replicated or updated in the future.

Our ideal volunteer has experience designing brochures and general marketing collateral and will be prepared to show us some of their design examples. We hope you can spend 5-10 hours over four to five weeks.

We are about to launch our first community created exhibit honoring service in all its forms at the DC Public Library. We need collateral for our advisors and volunteers to advertise the project and reach out to the community to come and see it.

We'll share our logo and visual branding guidelines with you. We will also take responsibility for writing the copy, providing you with some images, and provide you with access to our Canva account.
