Facebook Admin Troubleshooting

The Bach Choir of Pittsburgh, Inc. (BCP) is seeking a Facebook expert who can help us transition our current Facebook account to a business account. Our current Facebook page is linked to a former employee, who is friendly, but now lives in Ireland.

While BCP can use our Facebook page, we seem to not be able to assign new administrators, and one bad situation could lock us out of our Facebook page forever (I may exaggerate). This project ties up a lot of loose ends in the BCP social media presence.

We have an Executive Director and a volunteer Social Media Manager who are willing to spend the time to make this project work. We both follow instructions well. We will use the consultation to create a guide for future Facebook management at BCP so that this problem is far less likely to reappear.
