DonorPerfect Optimization and Guide for Use

We are looking for a CRM expert to help us clean up our DonorPerfect database, recoding previous entries and writing a guide for staff to correctly collect and enter donor data.

Women's Education Project is on a significant growth trajectory: growing our mission to support young Indian women entering careers of their own choosing to a global footprint. To support this growth, our small staff needs help to better utilize our CRM software (DonorPerfect) to secure and retain a growing donor base.

We are currently engaged in training at DonorPerfect and are starting some preliminary clean-up of the donor records. Once this project is complete (hopefully before December end), we would like to be able to automatically generate end-of-year receipts. We also want to confidently utilize the CRM's reporting features so that our fundraising team has correct information to increase donor engagement and revenue.
