We seek an SEO specialist and separately an AI-skilled marketer to help boost our traffic so that we can help many more children and their families in a time of great stress for them We welcome any other marketing skills you have. Our SEO practices and marketing generally have have not kept up with the latest changes in Google or the potentials of AI market targeting. Moreover, we recently launched a Neflix like platform of short videos that bring emotional intelligence and relating skills into homes for free. See www.equipkidsplus.org. We seek help and smarter SEO and marketing for this in particular, as well as general marketing improvement. This would be a project you would ideally feel great pride in moving forward. Over the last five years, we have made a significant difference in our work independently and with many grassroots organizations but recognize the need at this point as we reach out to new important audiences with new methods.

The Equip Our Kids! campaign (see EQuipOur Kids.org) is primarily focused on mobilizing parent, business, and public awareness and activism around the enormous benefits to children, schools, and society of bringing emotional intelligence and relationship skills training into every school. We act as a sorely needed but independent nonprofit marketing agency for the concepts of emotional intelligence and social-emotional learning.

It is our belief that this curriculum is the most important education reform and, in fact, social movement of our time because it can teach the skills that, after eons of human conflict and misery, personal and collective. It can finally, on a mass level, transform the way we relate to ourselves and others. We are honored to serve this movement and have had a significant impact on public awareness of SEL benefits resulting in millions more kids experiencing it in schools. Now it's important to get these practices into as many homes as possible in order to expand mass support for it and overcome ignorance or resistance to learning these skills, You will be potentially helping make a fundamental and huge difference in many lives.

We have a valuable resource to promote, so that piece is in place and being updated and revised regularly to improve it as we get feedback. Management is seasoned, highly skilled and effective. In many ways, including in team spirit and support, we seek to provide a good experience for our volunteers. Many current and former Taproot volunteers who have helped across our many initiatives have stayed beyond the initial project because of their feeling of support from the team and a meaningful role in helping make a difference.
