Optimize Accounting Practices

We are looking for help to get our accounting set up so it is more efficient. Our administration is all volunteer and we got very disorganized during the pandemic.

Yoga Impact, like many organizations that interact with the community in person, went into a state of hibernation during the pandemic. The director also went back to school to get her master's in social work, graduating this spring. We have been in existence since 2009, serving communities in Colorado, Hawaii, Arizona, and New Jersey. We are ready to get back in action, but we need help organizing our bookkeeping so that it is more manageable. We are looking for someone who will help us with this project. The active projects that we are working on are our Transitional Yoga Program in Boulder, Colorado, which were are hoping to expand to other communities. We are also working on the LivingBoldProject.org which helps bring healthy lifestyle information to women, and those who work with women, who are entering or in the second half of life. We are in the beginning process of developing a yoga/farm residential community in Hawaii for adults with learning disabilities. We need to get our accounting organized! We would be so grateful for your help to get organized.

We project that it will take 2-3 weeks and involve collaboration with the director, who is ready and willing to make sure that the time you put in is fruitful. Your help in getting us organized will, in the long term, help us spend more time on programming.
