Asana Optimization

We are seeking a consultant who has a solid understanding of the project management software, Asana. We are hoping to build out functionality for several project that will engage internal staff as well as external stakeholders like committee members and our Board. We need someone with expertise who can help advise us on how best to structure our division, teams and projects. We have started to explore the software and realize we have variety of aims and may need a variety of solutions to achieve them.

The consultant who selects our project will have a dramatic impact on our organization's ability to better manage complex projects and communicate with internal and stakeholders. They will help us to 1.) create tools to organize and run our annual fundraising event; 2.) build dashboards and communicate updates and progress toward strategic goals and collaborate with our Board of Directors and Auxiliary Board, and 3.) Build our a workplan and strategies for an expansion project.

We have a clear idea of the end products we would like to see and we have staff dedicated to managing the various projects. We have begun to explore the software and its built-in tutorials. We have also begun to build out some preliminary projects and teams. We will dedicate staff resources and time to ensure we are able to support the pro bono consultant in understanding our objectives and needs. The staff engaged in the project will be the staff who will implement the solutions and ensure the successful completion of the project.
